7,Operating Principle

1,It used AC 220V --- 240V, frequency 50HZ, the main electric motor and the coil are controled by the inverter, three-phase output voltage of 220V --- 240V; output set frequency 50HZ.

  2, Open the power switch of power SA, allows inverter 1 and inverter 2 in a working state by FU1, FU2 insurance, panel display the frequency of operating.

  3, Adjustment the barrels of needle to install needles, adjust the angle of the importation of silk and put the silk through the hanging hook,putonthe switch of the main motor andCoil and Traction Motor power,weaving machines in a normal working condition.

4,In case of needle broken,silk broken and the scheduled length of fabric are arrivalde, the alarm beep flashing lights, after troubleshooting into the working procedures of the next cycle by mode of operation 2 andcircle in this way.

5,To ensure the safety of machine using control voltage 36V, One end of the second coil of isolation transformer grounding, therefore it must have a reliable protection of grounding.
